Tomas Reiter studied electrical engineering and information technology and received the Doctoral degree from the Technical University of Munich. His main research focus was control of DC/DC converters for automotive power nets. Since 2010 he is working at Infineon Technologies AG in Neubiberg, Germany. As Application Engineer, he was responsible for Automotive IGBT power modules. As Lead Principal Engineer, he has currently the role to define the next generation Automotive power modules.
