Dr.-Ing. Carsten Hoff

Carsten Hoff has been CEO of dSPACE GmbH since April 2023

Until then, he was Managing Director of CLAAS E-Systems and in this role was responsible for all group-wide electronics activities of the CLAAS Group.

His work focuses on E/E architecture, connectivity, automatic steering systems and the human-machine interface. Before that, he worked in the automotive industry for more than 10 years, most recently at Hella as Head of the Energy Management product segment with the topics of battery management, power electronics, steering and fuel control units. Before that, following his studies in electrical engineering, he worked for five years as a research assistant at the Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems at the University of Hanover.

At the end of the first day, we invite all stakeholders and participants to a special event location for an evening of sharing and dinner: Erich-Brost-Pavillon.

At a height of 38 meters on the roof of the former coal washing plant, the event room, which is glazed on three sides, offers a breathtaking panoramic view – from the arena on Schalke to the Essen skyline and the Oberhausen gasometer.

The Erich Brost Pavilion is located in the coal washing plant of the Zollverein Essen UNESCO World Heritage Site.
